2018-26 Heating Inspector TIU 4:30pm on 8 March 2018

Job Purpose:
The TIU Heating Inspector will be part of a team that delivers an annual inspection program of planned schemes and response maintenance and facilities contracts in each Region/Area.
The TIU Heating Inspector will provide assurance to the Housing Executive that the contracts for the installation and servicing of heating systems are managed in accordance with contract conditions and NIHE policy and procedures.
The TIU Heating Inspector will also be required to assist the technical inspection team in providing assurances on heating or mechanical elements within other types of planned schemes and response maintenance and facilities contracts.

Job Purpose:
To assist the Corporate Health & Safety Manager in providing strategic and dynamic leadership for Health & Safety across all areas of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
