Clonmore Green flats in Belfast's Rathcoole Estate
Housing research plays a vital role in helping us meet our objectives and is a key component of the sixth objective of our Corporate Plan. We have a statutory responsibility to regularly examine housing conditions and need, and we may conduct or promote research into any matter relating to any of its functions.
We mainly research housing conditions and housing need, but we also research our strategic role and the level of customer service we offer.
