2018-50 Asset Management Graduate Trainee 4:30pm on 11 May 2018
Salary: £17,772 - £33,437
Job purpose:
To assist in the delivery of a high quality customer focused and cost effective Asset Management service to the NIHE’s tenants.
Training will be focused on key areas of business delivery such as Asset Strategy – Quality Improvement, Regional Programme Delivery and Central Programme Delivery – Contract and Performance Management, Contract Claims and Cost Management and Compliance, Health and Safety – Compliance, Health and Safety and Fire Safety, for a period of two to three years as part of the Training Programme.  
These key areas of focused training will provide trainees with the opportunity to gain a detailed understanding of these areas of the Asset Management Division.  Upon successful completion of training and provided the trainees have demonstrated satisfactory performance in their job role; they will then be established as TL03 Project Managers and move onto the TL03 salary scale.
